Fortune Cookies
Fridays are day at work when we typically order out. However since a majority of my team's job responsibilities revolve around crisis intervention and psychiatric emergencies. Luckily, today we got to eat together as a unit, deciding on Chinese food. I open my fortune cookie to read:

I LOVE the giraffe from your nursery! So, so cute!
And, to quote Tom Petty, the waiting is the hardest part. ;) I just keep thinking it has to end at some point... there are blogs out there where families do get their babies! :) I've also thought, "if only we had started this process sooner... " What can you do. It seems we all go thru these same emotions-- but you just know it'll be worth it!
